1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the CoreHire hiring platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. The Service

CoreHire provides tools for candidate assessment, scoring, interview management, communications, and hiring workflow automation. We may update, add, or remove features over time.

3. Accounts and Security

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Free trials convert to a paid plan only if you select one.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law, including employment, anti-discrimination, and data protection laws.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or personal information you have no right to process.
• Attempt to access other accounts or data, disrupt the Service, or reverse engineer any part of it.
• Resell or sublicense the Service except under an authorized white-label agreement.

6. Customer Data and Hiring Decisions

You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant CoreHire a limited license to process it to provide the Service. Assessments, scores, and AI-generated insights are decision-support tools only; you are solely responsible for hiring decisions and for complying with applicable employment laws and obtaining any required candidate consents.

7. Intellectual Property

CoreHire and its licensors own all rights in the Service, including software, assessments, scoring methods, and branding. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription.

8. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific hiring outcomes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreHire will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose.

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
